Anderson Development facilities once again earn national recognition for Responsible Care

Adrian, MI Anderson Development Company is proud to once again announce the receipt of three (3) Responsible Care Achievement Awards given by the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association (SOCMA). The award recognizes chemical manufacturing facilities that have demonstrated a strong public commitment to environmental, health, safety, and security excellence, which is encouraged by the industrys voluntary Responsible Care program. Each of Anderson Development's locations received the award; the Specialty Chemicals plant and the NF3 plant both located in Adrian, MI and the Gary, IN plant.
We are honored to receive this award from SOCMA and believe in the values that Responsible Care stands for, especially the commitment to making production safer and environmentally friendlier, said Scott Tatro head of the Responsible Care Program. I am especially proud of our employees for all of their hard work. I know they will continue to live up to the high standards set by Responsible Care.
SOCMA, the leading international trade association representing the custom and specialty chemical industry, will recognize Anderson Development Company at SOCMA's 83rd Annual Dinner and a special Responsible Care Awards reception on December 14 in New York City.
